Abby's favorite word right now is "deeess!" She says it while pointing at something she wants. We're not sure if it is "please" or "this" or just Abigail-ese, but it is really cute nonetheless. It does feel like an evolution of "ssssss" which she used for the same purpose when she was around 9 months.
In addition to "Deess", she says "Mama", "Dada", "Dad-E", "Wow" and "Ca" when we are in the car but not at pictures of cars. She knows that cows say "ooo", sheep say "maa" and cats say "Ma" or "ow".

She's both adorable AND brilliant!
That is exactly what Danny said at about the same age. I took it to mean: What is the name for this? At one stage he was constantly saying it and pointing.
What a marvelous journal you are going to have of Abby's childhood as well as your and Dan's initiation as parents. Thanks for sharing these moments with us.
