Weekly Activitites: Monday Moms' Group

Abby and I started going to this group when she was 3 weeks old. It is run by midwives and lactation consultants from a local hospital and, coincidentally, meets at our church. The group is mostly meant for post-partum moms and babies, but some of us with bigger babies have hung around; we have taken over an adjacent toy room so as not to wake the newborns.

The boy on the right in this picture is one of Abby's first "friends". They like to smile at each other, grab each others' faces and steal each others' toys.
