Welcome Lily!

Lillian Finley Persson was born on April 22nd at approximately 9am. She is 8 lbs 12 oz and 23 inches long. We're all doing well.

Christmas in California

We just got access to a bunch of photos that Papa took over Christmas. Many are worth sharing, but let's start with these:

New Bike

Abby's old "bike" was getting a little small so we got her a new one with pedals. She's not quite talk enough to reach the pedals yet, but she'll get there.



The helmet provides no protection, but is incredibly cute.

Nana and Papa are here!

Nana and Papa have come for a month to help us all with Lillian's arrival.

Another Little Persson is almost here!

We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our second "Little Persson". Lillian (aka Lily) is due in just a few weeks. (Her middle name is still to be determined.) Lilies popped up in our yard ready to greet her arrival:

Happy Spring

Abby had an egg hunt at school today. Seeing all the kids leaving school with their bunny ears on was really adorable.



I'm pretty sure this was Abby's first experience with hard-boiled eggs:



She was quite bothered by how the shells started coming off after she had dropped them a few times.
